This is a post about our Cape Wrath Trail walk in April 2022, wild camping every night. We started in Fort William with the ferry and finished in Kinlochleven after walking off the peninsular from the Cape Wrath light house, because the mini bus and ferry were not running.
The weather forecast was good for this time of year, so we chose a high level route for our Snowdonia weekend walk. We were also hoping to put in some decent mileage for our upcoming Cape Wrath trail, which we are starting in April.
