I have walked the length of the UK in a pair of Inov-8 Roclite G 345 GTX boots. These are the most comfortable boots that I have used for backpacking and they didn’t even need wearing in before the start of the 1200 mile walk. I didn’t have any problems with my feet during the walk even though I was carrying a heavy pack and often walking 30 miles a day. I think the Inov-8 Roclite G 345 GTX boots are good value for money considering the graphene sole will last a lot longer than other light weight footwear.
